Michael Duran
Founder & Managing Partner
Michael Duran is the Founder and Managing Partner of Mill Point Capital and serves on the Investment Committee. Prior to founding Mill Point, Mr. Duran was a Managing Director at Ripplewood Holdings. Mr. Duran joined Ripplewood in 1999 and during his thirteen-year tenure executed domestic and international investments in a variety of industries, including business services, industrials, consumer products, direct marketing, telecommunications equipment and consumer electronics. In addition, Mr. Duran, held numerous board positions for Ripplewood portfolio companies. Prior to joining Ripplewood, Mr. Duran worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Broadview International, a technology-focused boutique investment bank, in both New York and London offices.
Mr. Duran currently serves on the boards of all Mill Point portfolio companies, and previously served on the boards of Diversified Distribution Systems, Atlantix Global Systems, DLT Solutions, Huntington Solutions, Kemp Technologies, KKSP Precision Machining, Spire Power Solutions, Avenu Insights & Analytics, International Designs Group and Prime Pensions prior to Mill Point’s exits.
Mr. Duran earned a B.S. from Georgetown University, where he studied Finance, International Business and Psychology. Mr. Duran also completed a program in Comparative Business Policy and International Finance at Oxford University.

Dustin Smith
Managing Partner
Dustin Smith is a Managing Partner of Mill Point Capital and serves on the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2016, Mr. Smith was a Managing Director and Head of Industrials at American Capital. Mr. Smith joined American Capital in 2004, and during his tenure was responsible for the origination, structuring, negotiation and oversight of the firm’s private equity transactions. Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Smith worked at MML Capital Partners, a $530 million mezzanine and private equity fund specializing in growth financings for middle-market companies. Prior to MML, Mr. Smith worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he focused on transactions in the energy, consumer products and industrial sectors.
Mr. Smith currently serves on the boards of all Mill Point portfolio companies, and previously served on the boards of Huntington Solutions, Kemp Technologies, KKSP Precision Machining, Spire Power Solutions, Avenu Insights & Analytics, International Designs Group and Prime Pensions prior to Mill Point’s exits. In addition, Mr. Smith was formerly a board member of DelStar Technologies, Dynojet Research, eLynx Holdings, Lifoam Holdings, Mirion Technologies and Pacific Handy Cutter, many of which were in a Chairman role.
Mr. Smith is a Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude graduate of Georgetown University, where he earned both a B.S. and M.S. in International Relations, Economics and Business Diplomacy.

Richard Summers is a Partner of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2013, Mr. Summers was with Barclays as a member of the industrials investment banking team responsible for providing strategic advice on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising. In addition, Mr. Summers was a founding member of Barclays’ Strategic Finance Group, where he advised clients across all industries on shareholder activism, hostile M&A and takeover defense.
Mr. Summers currently serves on the boards of MPP, Outworx Group, Franklin Madison, Verinext, Pythian, Full Circle Fiber, CrashPlan, Proficium and iQor, and previously served on the boards of Huntington Solutions and Kemp Technologies prior to Mill Point’s exits.
Mr. Summers earned a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mark Paolano
Partner
Mark Paolano is a Partner of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2016, Mr. Paolano was with American Capital. At American Capital, he was a member of the private equity team responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, structuring and closing transactions, monitoring portfolio companies, working closely with management teams to accelerate growth and implementing strategic and operational initiatives. At American Capital, Mr. Paolano worked on investments across the entire capital structure including both equity and debt. Prior to American Capital, Mr. Paolano was a member of the financial sponsors group at Citigroup Global Markets, where he advised clients on sponsor-led acquisitions and leveraged financings.
Mr. Paolano currently serves on the boards of KKSP Precision Machining, GlacierPoint Enterprises, Vehicle Management Solutions, Seviroli and CREO Group, and previously served on the boards of Huntington Solutions, Spire Power Solutions, Avenu Insights & Analytics and Prime Pensions prior to Mill Point’s exits.

Jim Millstein
Investment Committee Member
Jim Millstein serves on the Mill Point Capital Investment Committee. Mr. Millstein is the Co-Chairman of Guggenheim Securities. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Millstein was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Millstein & Co., a financial advisory firm. Prior to founding Millstein & Co. in 2011, Mr. Millstein was the Chief Restructuring Officer at the Department of the Treasury from 2009 to 2011. In that role, he was responsible for oversight and management of the Department of the Treasury’s largest investments in the financial sector. Mr. Millstein was the principal architect of American International Group’s successful restructuring and recapitalization.
Prior to joining the Department of the Treasury, Mr. Millstein served as Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Corporate Restructuring at Lazard from 2000 to 2008. Mr. Millstein managed a leading restructuring practice in Europe, the United States and Asia. Before joining Lazard, Mr. Millstein was Partner and Head of the Corporate Restructuring practice at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP, managing a highly successful practice of a major international law firm.
Mr. Millstein received a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He earned an M.A. in Political Science summa cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Millstein graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Politics from Princeton University.

Orestes Tarajano
Partner, Head of Business Development
Orestes Tarajano is a Partner and the Head of Business Development of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2023, Mr. Tarajano was a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Group within the Investment Banking division at Citigroup where he worked with Private Equity firms across various industries such as Industrials, Business Services, Technology, Consumer/Food & Beverage and Healthcare, and across products such as M&A/Strategic Advisory and Debt and Equity financings. Prior to Citigroup, Mr. Tarajano worked in the Investment Banking divisions at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse and RBC Capital Markets. During his multi-decade career in Investment Banking, Mr. Tarajano worked on hundreds of both private and public transactions, lead the identification and idea generation of investment opportunities and established and cultivated strong relationships with senior executives and investment professionals.
Mr. Tarajano earned a B.S. in Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Antony Besso
Partner, Operations
Antony Besso is a Partner, Operations of Mill Point Capital. Mr. Besso currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Outworx Group (including as its former Interim Chief Executive Officer), MPP and Garyline and Vice Chairman of CREO Group. Mr. Besso previously served as the Executive Chairman of Spire Power Solutions prior to Mill Point’s exit.
Mr. Besso is a seasoned operator with experience managing complex situations and selling products and services to both private and public entities. Mr. Besso was formerly President and Chief Operating Officer of Mirion Technologies, where he helped create a leader in radiation measurement serving the nuclear power, medical, military and homeland security markets. His experience also includes senior management roles at global engineering group ALSTOM SA, including Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Business Development where he led the sale of non-core assets with over $1 billion in revenues and then as Managing Director of the Motors and Generators Business, which is now part of General Electric. Mr. Besso was a Founding Partner of Advention Business Partners, a leading independent consulting firm to private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Besso earned a B.A. with Honors from Queen’s University and an M.B.A. from Dalhousie University.

Chris Hearing

Chris Hearing is a Partner, Operations of Mill Point Capital. Mr. Hearing currently serves as the Executive Vice Chairman of Franklin Madison, Executive Chairman of Vehicle Management Solutions and on the board of CrashPlan, and previously served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Avenu Insights & Analytics prior to Mill Point’s exit.
Mr. Hearing has had a successful 30-year career serving in multiple executive leadership roles. Mr. Hearing worked in large public companies as the Chief Financial Officer at Time Life, Chief Financial Officer of a private equity portfolio group and President of Direct Holdings Global, a privately held marketing and live entertainment company. As President, Mr. Hearing led Direct Holdings to rapid enterprise value growth by diversifying product lines and distribution channels and streamlining operations. Mr. Hearing has advised non-profit organizations in several board roles and has diverse experience leading international teams. Mr. Hearing has extensive strategic experience helping organizations successfully face complex market challenges by identifying strategic opportunities for revenue growth and operational improvements, followed by the creation and implementation of action plans to achieve their goals. He has led multiple complex integrations to successfully realize full enterprise value from business combinations. In addition, Mr. Hearing has led organizational restructuring efforts to improve profitability and has led both buy and sell sides of several acquisitions and divestitures.

Jenna Bonczewski is a Managing Director and the Head of Capital Markets of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2023, Ms. Bonczewski was a Principal at Evolution Credit Partners, a credit investment manager. At Evolution, she was a member of the investment team and was responsible for the origination, underwriting, structuring, negotiation and monitoring of credit investments. Prior to joining Evolution, Ms. Bonczewski held positions at Ares Management, American Capital and LBC Credit Partners as a member of the investment team.
Ms. Bonczewski earned a B.A. in Government from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Lina Russo
Managing Director, Head of Strategy and Capital Formation
Lina Russo is a Managing Director and the Head of Strategy and Capital Formation of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2023, Ms. Russo was a co-founder and Partner at Acalyx Advisors, where she managed all aspects of private equity fundraisings, including the identification of high conviction General Partners, the development of marketing strategies and the successful execution of these fundraisings. In addition, Ms. Russo worked closely with a broad set of Limited Partners to facilitate their investment processes and decision-making. Prior to co-founding Acalyx, Ms. Russo was a Partner with MVision, where she ran multiple deal teams raising funds in North America and Latin America. Prior to joining MVision, Ms. Russo was with Merrill Lynch’s private equity funds group, which focused on raising institutional capital for private funds. She also spent several years in Merrill Lynch’s principal investing group, which made direct investments into private companies, and in the investment banking group, providing M&A advisory and raising public debt and equity for telecommunication service providers.
Ms. Russo is a magna cum laude graduate of New York University, where she earned a B.S., with a double major in Finance and Economics and a minor in Political Science. In addition, she earned an M.B.A. from Columbia University as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

Jiaeh Kim is a Managing Director and the Head of Investor Relations of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2018, Ms. Kim was a Director at Corbin Capital Partners, responsible for investor relations. Ms. Kim started her career at J.P. Morgan Alternative Asset Management, and for nine years was a member of the Client Portfolio Management group where she focused on investor relations and business development.
Ms. Kim earned a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University, and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.

Tim Chizak

Tim Chizak is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2017, Mr. Chizak was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Millstein & Co. Prior to Millstein & Co., Mr. Chizak was a Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer/Chief Administrative Officer within Fortress Investment Group’s Credit business. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Chizak oversaw the financial and operational activities of a variety of Fortress Funds investing globally across credit, real estate and long-dated assets. As Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Chizak oversaw Fortress’ Global Real Estate platform. Prior to Fortress, Mr. Chizak was a Principal at JP Morgan Partners, a global private equity organization that had over $13 billion in capital under management. Prior to JP Morgan, Mr. Chizak was a Principal and Group Controller at Ripplewood Holdings. Mr. Chizak began his career at Arthur Andersen working in Audit and the Transaction Advisory Services groups.
Mr. Chizak previously served on the board of Prime Pensions prior to Mill Point’s exit.

Brett Roeske is a Vice President and the Controller of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2021, Mr. Roeske was a Senior Associate at Vanke Holdings USA, a real estate investment company. At Vanke, he was responsible for the finance, operations, treasury and reporting functions, as well as the asset management role for multiple investments. Prior to Vanke, Mr. Roeske was a Fund Accountant at GTIS Partners, a real estate private equity fund. Mr. Roeske began his career at Grant Thornton, where he performed financial statement audits for clients in the financial services space.
Mr. Roeske earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Fran Frankel is a Vice President and Controller of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2024, Ms. Frankel was the Controller of Abacus and Associates Inc, a single family office which managed its own investments across various platforms, and a Controller at Crestview Partners where she was responsible for all aspects of the management company including operations, human resources, budgeting and management reporting. Prior to Crestview, Ms. Frankel worked for Marcum LLP in a specialty practice dedicated to the start-up and maintenance of management companies across various alternative asset platforms. Ms. Frankel started her career at Ernst & Young in the audit group.
Ms. Frankel earned her B.S. in accounting from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Ben Rogers is a Principal of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2017, Mr. Rogers was with Macquarie Capital. At Macquarie, he was a founding member of the Aerospace & Defense coverage team responsible for providing strategic advice on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising for companies in the aerospace, defense and government services sectors. In addition, Mr. Rogers was a member of Macquarie’s Leveraged Finance & Merchant Banking team, where he advised clients on sponsor-led acquisitions and financings across the capital structure.
Mr. Rogers currently serves on the boards of Full Circle Fiber and Proficium, and previously served on the board of International Designs Group prior to Mill Point’s exit.

Aileen Wang is a Principal of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2020, Ms. Wang was with KLS Diversified Asset Management. At KLS, she was a member of the Special Situations team responsible for investing in distressed securities, private financings and other strategic market opportunities across a variety of sectors. Prior to joining KLS, Ms. Wang worked in the Restructuring group at Millstein & Co., where she advised corporate and creditor clients on restructuring transactions.
Ms. Wang currently serves on the boards of CrashPlan, Seviroli and Garyline.

Prior to Radial, Mr. Birney was a member of Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Global Industrials Group, where he was responsible for providing strategic advice on mergers & acquisitions and capital raising for companies in the Chemicals, Diversified Industrials and Transportation sectors.
Mr. Birney earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Garrett Cannon is an Associate of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2022, Mr. Cannon was with KPMG Corporate Finance. At KPMG, he was a member of the Diversified Industrials Group where he advised on sell side engagements, capital raises, carve-outs and acquisitions for companies in the Manufacturing, Distribution, Transportation & Logistics and Real Estate industries.
Mr. Cannon earned a B.A. in Economics from Washington and Lee University, and was a member of the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse Team.

Andrew Israel is an Associate of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2024, Mr. Israel was an associate at New Form Capital, where he sourced and evaluated early-stage venture capital deals in fintech and blockchain. Mr. Israel began his career at Morgan Stanley in the Fixed Income division, working as an analyst on both the private credit leveraged finance team and the credit derivatives trading team.

Alie Jurkowitz is an Associate of Mill Point Capital. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2023, Ms. Jurkowitz was with Platinum Equity. At Platinum, she was a member of the Business Development Group, where she was responsible for sourcing and evaluating new deal opportunities for Platinum’s $10 billion global buyout fund. Prior to Platinum, Ms. Jurkowitz was a member of Macquarie Capital’s Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors Group, where she advised clients on acquisitions and financings related to sponsor-led leveraged buyouts, add-on and recapitalization transactions.

Jim Millstein serves on the Mill Point Capital Investment Committee. Mr. Millstein is the Co-Chairman of Guggenheim Securities. Prior to joining Guggenheim, Mr. Millstein was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Millstein & Co., a financial advisory firm. Prior to founding Millstein & Co. in 2011, Mr. Millstein was the Chief Restructuring Officer at the Department of the Treasury from 2009 to 2011. In that role, he was responsible for oversight and management of the Department of the Treasury’s largest investments in the financial sector. Mr. Millstein was the principal architect of American International Group’s successful restructuring and recapitalization.
Prior to joining the Department of the Treasury, Mr. Millstein served as Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Corporate Restructuring at Lazard from 2000 to 2008. Mr. Millstein managed a leading restructuring practice in Europe, the United States and Asia. Mr. Besso previously served as the Executive Chairman of Spire Power Solutions prior to Mill Point’s exit.
Mr. Besso is a seasoned operator with experience managing complex situations and selling products and services to both private and public entities. Mr. Besso was formerly President and Chief Operating Officer of Mirion Technologies, where he helped create a leader in radiation measurement serving the nuclear power, medical, military and homeland security markets. His experience also includes senior management roles at global engineering group ALSTOM SA, including Corporate Vice President of Strategy and Business Development where he led the sale of non-core assets with over $1 billion in revenues and then as Managing Director of the Motors and Generators Business, which is now part of General Electric. As President, Mr. Hearing led Direct Holdings to rapid enterprise value growth by diversifying product lines and distribution channels and streamlining operations. Mr. Hearing has advised non-profit organizations in several board roles and has diverse experience leading international teams. Prior to joining Mill Point in 2023, Ms. Russo was a co-founder and Partner at Acalyx Advisors, where she managed all aspects of private equity fundraisings, including the identification of high conviction General Partners, the development of marketing strategies and the successful execution of these fundraisings. In addition, Ms. Russo worked closely with a broad set of Limited Partners to facilitate their investment processes and decision-making. Prior to co-founding Acalyx, Ms. Russo was a Partner with MVision, where she ran multiple deal teams raising funds in North America and Latin America. Prior to joining MVision, Ms. Russo was with Merrill Lynch’s private equity funds group, which focused on raising institutional capital for private funds. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Chizak oversaw the financial and operational activities of a variety of Fortress Funds investing globally across credit, real estate and long-dated assets. As Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Chizak oversaw Fortress’ Global Real Estate platform. Prior to Fortress, Mr. Chizak was a Principal at JP Morgan Partners, a global private equity organization that had over $13 billion in capital under management. He was responsible for all finance, contracts, and operational functions. He also played a key role in defining and implementing DLT Solutions’ corporate strategy and helped grow the company from $250 million to $1 billion in Revenue over his tenure. Previously, Mr. Adler was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Optimized Systems and Solutions Limited, a Science Applications International Corporation and Rolls Royce Plc joint venture. He ultimately became Vice Chairman of May, which operated 450 stores with revenues of $14 billion. He also served as a private equity Industrial Partner with Ripplewood Holdings, where he served as Chief Executive Officer of Direct Holdings Worldwide, an international direct marketing business. Mr. Dowd is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Fairfield-Maxwell Ltd. (“Fairfield”), and serves on its Board of Directors. Mr. Dowd is also a director of Magseis-Fairfield ASA (OB: MSEIS) and a Trustee of the Financial Accounting Foundation, where he currently Chairs the Appointments Committee. Prior to joining Fairfield, Mr. Dowd had more than twenty-five years of experience in private equity, including serving as the Managing Partner of Charter Oak Capital Partners. He has served on the Boards of Directors of numerous private and public companies, including Hostess Brands, Inc. and Future Pipe Industries in Dubai, a global leader in fiberglass pipe systems. During the Financial Crisis, Mr. Dowd was the Chief of Staff for Paul Volcker, the Chairman of the President’s Economic Recovery Advisory Board.

Mr. Dunteman is a senior executive with over 27 years of experience in driving growth and executing on strategic visions in the optics and cabling solutions industry. Mr. Dunteman co-founded optical networking providers U.S. Critical and Approved Networks in 2002 and 2010, where he served as Chief Executive Officer of both businesses until both were acquired in 2020 by Champion ONE. Post-acquisition, Mr. Dunteman served as Chief Revenue Officer of Champion ONE, a provider of optical networking components to customers in the telecommunications, cable, data center and enterprise industries, until Approved Networks, Champion ONE and U.S. Critical (“C1 Brands”) were acquired by Legrand in December 2020.

Mr. Hart is a senior executive with 30 years of experience successfully building and leading high-growth oriented and customer-focused organizations in the IT Services industry. Mr. Hart most recently served as President & Chief Operating Officer of Presidio, Inc., a global digital services and solutions provider delivering secure cloud and on-premises infrastructure and applications. Mr. Hart held significant responsibility over all revenue generating lines of business, services and support teams, as he managed over 2,800 employees while overseeing Sales, Solution Architects, Professional & Managed Services, Contact Centers, Strategic Sourcing & Alliances, Marketing and Leasing. Prior to serving as President & Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Hart served as Chief Technology Officer for Presidio. Mr. Hart joined Presidio in 2005 when the company acquired Networked Information Systems, a high growth IT systems integrator, where he led engineering, professional and managed services from its founding in 2000.

Ms. Korth is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience running a diverse set of manufacturing and industrial companies. Ms. Korth founded 6th Avenue Group LLC in 2017 to acquire and grow niche businesses. In addition, she currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Engauge Workforce Solutions, a staffing agency focused on manufacturing and distribution businesses. Previously, Ms. Korth served as CEO and President of Techniplas LLC, a privately held group of plastics-focused manufacturing businesses, and Supreme Corporation (NYSE: STS), a manufacturer of commercial trucks and buses. She was the founder and CEO of IRN, Inc., a boutique consulting firm focused on the automotive supplier community. She has served on a variety of corporate boards (5 public companies and 12 private companies) over the course of her career, including Burke E. Porter Machinery Company, Shape Corp., Unique Fabricating, Autocam and Unwired Technology. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Stoneridge Inc. and Engauge Workforce Solutions.

Jeffrey Leventhal

Mr. Leventhal has over 30 years of investing and operational experience in enterprise SaaS, marketplaces and future of work investments. Mr. Leventhal has led software and marketplace companies from idea through exit, driving the vision, product, team, financing, acquisitions and exit strategies. Most recently, Mr. Leventhal founded S12F, a technology focused investment firm. Previously he founded WorkRails, Work Market, OnForce, LANSafe Network Services, Remote Lojix and Spinback. Many of Mr. Leventhal’s early ventures, including Remote Lojix, OnForce and Work Market, centered around building software platforms to support IT logistics, IT field service delivery and labor marketplaces. Throughout his career, Mr. Leventhal has been an investor, advisor and consultant to technology companies. He has personally invested in over 60 companies and has taken board and advisory roles and is an active LP at several investment firms. He has also consulted with Fortune 1000 businesses advising on divestitures, strategy and business planning.

Ms. Main is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at AmalgamRx, a healthcare technology company. Prior to that, Ms. Main served as the Chief Operating Officer at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Ms. Main was also a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Millstein & Co. L.P., a corporate and restructuring advisory firm. During her career, Ms. Main has served in Chief Financial Officer positions in a diverse range of organizations, including Oakleaf Waste Management, the Office of Financial Stability within the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the U.S. Small Business Administration. In her role at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Ms. Main was responsible for the design, development and successful implementation of all areas of budget and financial management for the $700 billion Troubled Assets Relief Program (“TARP”). Ms. Main was a co-founder of two start-up financial services businesses and was a senior manager at KPMG Consulting. Ms. Main’s leadership in financial management has earned her numerous awards. In 2010, she was a “Service to America” Medals Finalist and won the Association of Government Accountants National Achievement of the Year Award. She also received a 2009 U.S. Treasury Distinguished Service Award and a 2008 U.S. Presidential Distinguished Rank Award.

Mr. Marcotte has over 35 years of experience in business leadership and executive management in IT Services. Mr. Marcotte served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of DLT Solutions until 2015 and served as a board member until Mill Point’s exit. During his 11-year tenure leading DLT Solutions, Mr. Marcotte spearheaded organic growth initiatives, taking DLT from $250 million in Revenue in 2004 to $1 billion in 2015. Prior to DLT Solutions, Mr. Marcotte spent 14 years with Invensys plc (Powerware Corporation) in several senior management positions and 5 years with Northern Telecom in finance/accounting roles. In addition, Mr. Marcotte served on the public sector advisory board and partner advisory council for Oracle, Symantec, VERITAS, Red Hat, Quest Software, The Channel Company and Autodesk.

Sharon Matthews

Ms. Matthews has served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and a member of the Board of Directors of eLynx, Ltd., a leading provider of secure electronic document communications services for the financial services industry. Ms. Matthews has also held senior executive roles at Solectron Corporation (“Solectron”), UCMS Inc. (“UCMS”), Unisys Corporation (“Unisys”) and Wang Laboratories, Inc. (“Wang Laboratories”). While at Solectron, she first re-engineered multiple sales organizations into a cohesive unit and then applied those principles to successfully run a profitable $1.7 billion business unit based on large corporate accounts in the Computer Sector at Solectron. Before Solectron, Ms. Matthews was the Chief Executive Officer of UCMS, a customer relationship management outsourcing business with operations in the United States and Australia. Previously, she was the Partner at Unisys where she ran the Australian Postal Authority business. During her five-year tenure, she substantially grew annual revenues and profitability. Prior to Unisys, she spent ten years at Wang Laboratories working in various marketing and product planning and management roles based both in Australia and at the world headquarters in the United States. Ms. Matthews was also previously a member of the Advisory Board of the non-profit City Year San Jose/Silicon Valley from 2004 to 2022, including eight years in the role of Chair. Her primary focus in this national organization was raising funds to promote programs in inner city schools to ensure at-risk children graduate high school. In addition, for three years she served as the Vice Chair of the board of the Road Scholar, a national non-profit focused on lifelong learning, during a six-year term, and remains a friend of the board.

Mr. Pacewicz has over 30 years of experience in Telecommunications, Data Center and Information Technology industries. Mr. Pacewicz is the former Chief Product Officer at AT&T where he was responsible for a $35BN revenue segment which served more than 3 million business customers across the globe. Over his career he has developed successful multi-billion dollar platforms in networking, computing and IOT (Internet of Things). Mr. Pacewicz led the development of AT&T’s global data center business which was divested to Evoque Data Center Solutions in 2018. He is currently focused on meeting AI driven data center demand and is engaged in the development of over 4 GW of data center capacity across the United States. Mr. Pacewicz currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for privacy company Lokker and as an advisor to Spinlaunch, Syntropy and Monogato.

Michael Perdue

Mr. Perdue has over 25 years of investing and operational experience in the technology distribution, Cloud, Managed Services and IT services spaces. Mr. Perdue served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Signature Group (“TSG”), where he previously held a number of other executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. Under Mr. Perdue’s leadership, TSG expanded its operations internationally and developed diverse business units focused on the implementation and ongoing managed services of technology solutions in several market sectors, including commercial, enterprise, telecommunications, federal and state government, higher education and the association/non-profit market verticals. Prior to TSG, Mr. Perdue was a Vice President for Citicorp Global Information Network, where he was responsible for the evaluation and certification of technologies for Citicorp’s global network infrastructure encompassing approximately 95,000 users located in over 100 countries. Prior to Citicorp, he held various positions including Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations and Director of Technical Services for UniNet, Inc., a regional systems integration firm. Mr. Perdue has served in the U.S. Navy where he was responsible for the selection and implementation of new technologies to streamline and enhance communications throughout the Atlantic Nuclear Submarine Fleet.
Mr. Perdue completed the Navy’s Advanced Electronics program, electrical engineering program at Georgia Military College and Georgia Institute of Technology and the Special Executive Program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. He is also a certified instructor in Technology and Complex Business Negotiations at Harvard Law School.

Mr. Schubauer is a senior operating executive with over 37 years of corporate management and oversight, merger and acquisition and board-level leadership experience in an array of industrial and business services companies. Most recently, Mr. Schubauer served as the Director of Commercialization for a large research and development facility funded by various public entities as well as one of the world’s leading scientific research universities. Prior thereto, Mr. Schubauer served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of one of the world’s largest specialty food distribution companies. As retained by the Board of Directors, Mr. Schubauer successfully professionalized a family-owned business by expanding and refining overall operations, initiating a global amplification of the operating footprint, enhancing financial performance and creating a more efficient sales team and targeted marketing strategy. In addition, Mr. Schubauer was formerly a board member (often serving as Chairman) of multiple private and public companies, including: Confluence Watersports, Kenexa, Xenoport, QPass, Advanced Interactive Systems, Aurora Flight Sciences, Applied Discovery and Matcom. Mr. Schubauer began his career at Morgan Stanley as a member of the Financial Institutions Group in their Mergers & Acquisitions Department in New York, and subsequently with Credit Suisse First Boston in their Financial Services M&A Group in London and New York.

Mr. Smith was with Spire Power Solutions since 2017 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2019 when Spire Power Solutions acquired Power Partners LLC where he previously served as President. Mr. Smith has a proven track record of driving growth, profitability, operational improvement and building high performance teams in various industries in both the public and private equity space. Prior to Spire Power Solutions, Mr. Smith served as General Manager at Catalent Inc., based at the company’s headquarters in New Jersey. Previously, Mr. Smith held various roles at Nexeo Solutions (now part of Univar Solutions) and Honeywell International.

Chuck Spears

Mr. Spears previously served as the Executive Chairman of KKSP Precision Machining and on the boards of Spire Power Solutions and International Designs Group prior to Mill Point’s exits. From 2007 to 2014, Mr. Spears served as President of Liebert Corporation (“Liebert”), a $1.2 billion subsidiary of Emerson Electric Co. providing electric infrastructure components for data centers. Mr. Spears was responsible for all marketing, sales, manufacturing and global product development. In addition, he planned and executed the business unit strategy and developed future management talent. During his seven years as President, Mr. Spears was involved in acquiring the Avocent Corporation, a $1.2 billion deal in 2009, and Aperture Corporation in 2008. Prior to joining Liebert, Mr. Spears spent four years as President of Emerson Climate Technologies – Europe based in Germany. He has 29 years of experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Mr. Spears served in various management positions with Emerson’s Copeland Corporation culminating with his promotion to President of Copeland – Asia where he oversaw the opening of a state-of-the-art R&D center in Suzhou, China and manufacturing plants in both China and Thailand. In addition, Mr. Spears led the effort to acquire Kirloskar- Copeland, based in Pune, India, and previously served on its Board of Directors.

Carl Vogel

Mr. Vogel is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the media distribution industry in North America. During his career, Mr. Vogel has led two Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Vogel served as Vice Chairman and President of Dish Network (“Dish”), the nation’s second largest satellite broadcaster serving in excess of 14 million customers at the time of his exit from day-to-day operations. Mr. Vogel was President from 2006 until 2008 and Vice-Chairman from 2005 until 2009. Prior to Dish, from 2001 until 2005 he served as CEO, President and Director of Charter Communications (“Charter”), a leading cable television and broadband service provider. Prior to joining Charter, Mr. Vogel served in various executive capacities with Liberty Media affiliated companies. In addition, Mr. Vogel served as CEO of Star Choice Communications, a publicly traded Canadian direct broadcast satellite company controlled by Shaw Communications, President of EchoStar Communications and as various executive roles at Jones Intercable. Mr. Vogel is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Sirius/XM Radio, AMC Networks and Sphere Entertainment Company, and previously served as the Chairman of FanDuel as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Dish Network, Shaw Communications, Universal Electronics Corporation and ION Media Networks.

Bruce Zwicker

Mr. Zwicker has over 20 years of executive and operational experience in the floor covering & distribution space, specifically growing public and private/family-held businesses. Mr. Zwicker previously served as Interim CEO for Virginia Tile, a distributor of ceramic tile and related products. Mr. Zwicker also served as CEO of JJ Haines, the largest floor covering distribution company in the United States, from 2005 to 2017. In addition, Mr. Zwicker previously served as Senior Vice President of the Global Coatings Division for Millennium Chemicals, where he led a $700 million manufacturing division with ten plants spanning four continents. Mr. Zwicker previously served on the boards of Virginia Tile, Avalon Flooring, JACS Mobile Technology Solutions and JJ Haines.

At DLT Solutions, Mr. Adler served on the Operating Committee and chaired the Audit Committee. Prior to these roles, Mr. Adler served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DLT Solutions from 2004 to 2017. He was responsible for all finance, contracts, and operational functions. He also played a key role in defining and implementing DLT Solutions’ corporate strategy and helped grow the company from $250 million to $1 billion in Revenue over his tenure. Previously, Mr. Adler was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Optimized Systems and Solutions Limited, a Science Applications International Corporation and Rolls Royce Plc joint venture. Prior to Optimized Systems and Solutions Limited, he served in various senior roles with Computer Sciences Corporation, including Vice President and Controller of CSC Professional Services Group, Inc., a $200 million high technology services company with customers in the international and U.S. public sectors. In 2011, Mr. Adler was named Washington Business Journal’s CFO of the Year: Government Contracting.

Mr. Arella previously served as Partner and Head of Real Estate for We Family Offices, responsible for leading the $14 billion firm’s real estate activities. In addition, Mr. Arella was a Partner and New York President of Genspring Family Offices, responsible for leading the $23 billion firm’s New York practice. Prior to these two roles, Mr. Arella worked in asset management holding positions as Chief Operating Officer at Orion Capital Management, Co-Founder and Portfolio Manager at Ardent Fund Management and Co-Head Trader at Standard and Poor’s. Mr. Arella currently serves on the boards of TruView BSI,LLc and Claybrook Capital and previously served as a member of the Board of Directors at Unity International Group.

Mr. Bennet is also the Chief Executive Officer of CCA Global Partners, Inc. (“CCA”), a cooperative of independent retailers with over 3,000 members. Mr. Bennet has direct marketing and merchandising industry experience that spans four decades. Prior to joining CCA, Mr. Bennet was with the May Department Stores Company (“May”) for over 27 years. He ultimately became Vice Chairman of May, which operated 450 stores with revenues of $14 billion. He also served as a private equity Industrial Partner with Ripplewood Holdings, where he served as Chief Executive Officer of Direct Holdings Worldwide, an international direct marketing business. He has served on twelve Board of Directors, including Ace Hardware Corporation, a cooperative of over 5,000 independent retailers, Charming Shoppes and Drugstore.com.

Dave Hart is an Executive Partner focused on the IT Services vertical for Mill Point Capital. Mr. Hart currently serves on the board of Proficium.
Mr. Hart is a senior executive with 30 years of experience successfully building and leading high-growth oriented and customer-focused organizations in the IT Services industry. Mr. Hart most recently served as President & Chief Operating Officer of Presidio, Inc., a global digital services and solutions provider delivering secure cloud and on-premises infrastructure and applications. Mr. Hart held significant responsibility over all revenue generating lines of business, services and support teams, as he managed over 2,800 employees while overseeing Sales, Solution Architects, Professional & Managed Services, Contact Centers, Strategic Sourcing & Alliances, Marketing and Leasing. Prior to serving as President & Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Hart served as Chief Technology Officer for Presidio. Mr. Hart joined Presidio in 2005 when the company acquired Networked Information Systems, a high growth IT systems integrator, where he led engineering, professional and managed services from its founding in 2000.
Mr. Hart earned a B.S. in Industrial Technology and an M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
Kim Korth

Kim Korth is an Executive Partner focused on the Industrials vertical for Mill Point Capital. Ms. Korth currently serves as the Vice Chairwoman of Garyline.
Ms. Korth is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience running a diverse set of manufacturing and industrial companies. Ms. Korth founded 6th Avenue Group LLC in 2017 to acquire and grow niche businesses. In addition, she currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Engauge Workforce Solutions, a staffing agency focused on manufacturing and distribution businesses. Previously, Ms. Korth served as CEO and President of Techniplas LLC, a privately held group of plastics-focused manufacturing businesses, and Supreme Corporation (NYSE: STS), a manufacturer of commercial trucks and buses. She was the founder and CEO of IRN, Inc., a boutique consulting firm focused on the automotive supplier community. She has served on a variety of corporate boards (5 public companies and 12 private companies) over the course of her career, including Burke E. Porter Machinery Company, Shape Corp., Unique Fabricating, Autocam and Unwired Technology. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Stoneridge Inc. and Engauge Workforce Solutions.
Ms. Korth earned a B.A. from Western Michigan University and an M.I.M. from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
Jeffrey Leventhal

Jeffrey Leventhal is an Executive Partner focused on the IT Services vertical for Mill Point Capital. Mr. Leventhal currently serves as the Executive Chairman of ServicePoint.
Mr. Leventhal has over 30 years of investing and operational experience in enterprise SaaS, marketplaces and future of work investments. Mr. Leventhal has led software and marketplace companies from idea through exit, driving the vision, product, team, financing, acquisitions and exit strategies. Most recently, Mr. Leventhal founded S12F, a technology focused investment firm. Previously he founded WorkRails, Work Market, OnForce, LANSafe Network Services, Remote Lojix and Spinback. Many of Mr. Leventhal’s early ventures, including Remote Lojix, OnForce and Work Market, centered around building software platforms to support IT logistics, IT field service delivery and labor marketplaces. Throughout his career, Mr. Leventhal has been an investor, advisor and consultant to technology companies. He has personally invested in over 60 companies and has taken board and advisory roles and is an active LP at several investment firms. He has also consulted with Fortune 1000 businesses advising on divestitures, strategy and business planning.
Jenni Main
Executive Partner
Jenni Main is an Executive Partner focused on the Business Services vertical for Mill Point Capital. Ms. Main previously served on the boards of DLT Solutions, Avenu Insights & Analytics and Prime Pensions prior to Mill Point’s exits.
Ms. Main is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at AmalgamRx, a healthcare technology company. Prior to that, Ms. Main served as the Chief Operating Officer at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Ms. Main was also a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Millstein & Co. L.P., a corporate and restructuring advisory firm. During her career, Ms. Main has served in Chief Financial Officer positions in a diverse range of organizations, including Oakleaf Waste Management, the Office of Financial Stability within the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the U.S. Small Business Administration. In her role at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, Ms. Main was responsible for the design, development and successful implementation of all areas of budget and financial management for the $700 billion Troubled Assets Relief Program (“TARP”). Ms. Main was a co-founder of two start-up financial services businesses and was a senior manager at KPMG Consulting. Ms. Main’s leadership in financial management has earned her numerous awards. In 2010, she was a “Service to America” Medals Finalist and won the Association of Government Accountants National Achievement of the Year Award. She also received a 2009 U.S. Treasury Distinguished Service Award and a 2008 U.S. Presidential Distinguished Rank Award.
Ms. Main earned a B.A., cum laude, from Cornell University, and a Master in Public Policy, with an emphasis in Economics and Finance, from Harvard University.
Rick Marcotte

Rick Marcotte is an Executive Partner focused on the IT Services vertical for Mill Point Capital. Mr. Marcotte currently serves on the board of CrashPlan, and previously served on the board of Kemp Technologies prior to Mill Point’s exit.
Mr. Marcotte has over 35 years of experience in business leadership and executive management in IT Services. Mr. Marcotte served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of DLT Solutions until 2015 and served as a board member until Mill Point’s exit. During his 11-year tenure leading DLT Solutions, Mr. Marcotte spearheaded organic growth initiatives, taking DLT from $250 million in Revenue in 2004 to $1 billion in 2015. Prior to DLT Solutions, Mr. Marcotte spent 14 years with Invensys plc (Powerware Corporation) in several senior management positions and 5 years with Northern Telecom in finance/accounting roles. In addition, Mr. Marcotte served on the public sector advisory board and partner advisory council for Oracle, Symantec, VERITAS, Red Hat, Quest Software, The Channel Company and Autodesk.
Mr. Marcotte earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce and an M.B.A. from The University of Windsor (Canada).
Sharon Matthews

Sharon Matthews is an Executive Partner focused on the IT Services vertical for Mill Point Capital. Ms. Matthews currently serves on the board of CrashPlan, and previously served as the Vice Chairwoman of Avenu Insights & Analytics prior to Mill Point’s exit.
Ms. Matthews has served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and a member of the Board of Directors of eLynx, Ltd., a leading provider of secure electronic document communications services for the financial services industry. Ms. Matthews has also held senior executive roles at Solectron Corporation (“Solectron”), UCMS Inc. (“UCMS”), Unisys Corporation (“Unisys”) and Wang Laboratories, Inc. (“Wang Laboratories”). While at Solectron, she first re-engineered multiple sales organizations into a cohesive unit and then applied those principles to successfully run a profitable $1.7 billion business unit based on large corporate accounts in the Computer Sector at Solectron. Before Solectron, Ms. Matthews was the Chief Executive Officer of UCMS, a customer relationship management outsourcing business with operations in the United States and Australia. Previously, she was the Partner at Unisys where she ran the Australian Postal Authority business. During her five-year tenure, she substantially grew annual revenues and profitability. Prior to Unisys, she spent ten years at Wang Laboratories working in various marketing and product planning and management roles based both in Australia and at the world headquarters in the United States. Ms. Matthews was also previously a member of the Advisory Board of the non-profit City Year San Jose/Silicon Valley from 2004 to 2022, including eight years in the role of Chair. Her primary focus in this national organization was raising funds to promote programs in inner city schools to ensure at-risk children graduate high school. In addition, for three years she served as the Vice Chair of the board of the Road Scholar, a national non-profit focused on lifelong learning, during a six-year term, and remains a friend of the board.
Ms. Matthews earned a B.S. in Economics and Politics from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program at Columbia University.
Roman Pacewicz

Roman Pacewicz is an Executive Partner focused on the IT Services vertical for Mill Point Capital. Mr. Pacewicz currently serves on the board of Proficium.
Mr. Pacewicz has over 30 years of experience in Telecommunications, Data Center and Information Technology industries. Mr. Pacewicz is the former Chief Product Officer at AT&T where he was responsible for a $35BN revenue segment which served more than 3 million business customers across the globe. Over his career he has developed successful multi-billion dollar platforms in networking, computing and IOT (Internet of Things). Mr. Pacewicz led the development of AT&T’s global data center business which was divested to Evoque Data Center Solutions in 2018. He is currently focused on meeting AI driven data center demand and is engaged in the development of over 4 GW of data center capacity across the United States. Mr. Pacewicz currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for privacy company Lokker and as an advisor to Spinlaunch, Syntropy and Monogato.
Mr. Pacewicz earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
Michael Perdue
Executive Partner
Michael Perdue is an Executive Partner focused on the IT Services vertical for Mill Point Capital. Mr. Perdue currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Anexinet and Pythian.
Mr. Perdue has over 25 years of investing and operational experience in the technology distribution, Cloud, Managed Services and IT services spaces. Mr. Perdue served as the Chief Executive Officer of The Signature Group (“TSG”), where he previously held a number of other executive positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President. Under Mr. Perdue’s leadership, TSG expanded its operations internationally and developed diverse business units focused on the implementation and ongoing managed services of technology solutions in several market sectors, including commercial, enterprise, telecommunications, federal and state government, higher education and the association/non-profit market verticals. Prior to TSG, Mr. Perdue was a Vice President for Citicorp Global Information Network, where he was responsible for the evaluation and certification of technologies for Citicorp’s global network infrastructure encompassing approximately 95,000 users located in over 100 countries. Prior to Citicorp, he held various positions including Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations and Director of Technical Services for UniNet, Inc., a regional systems integration firm. Mr. Perdue has served in the U.S. Navy where he was responsible for the selection and implementation of new technologies to streamline and enhance communications throughout the Atlantic Nuclear Submarine Fleet.
Mr. Perdue completed the Navy’s Advanced Electronics program, electrical engineering program at Georgia Military College and Georgia Institute of Technology and the Special Executive Program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management. He is also a certified instructor in Technology and Complex Business Negotiations at Harvard Law School.
Jim Schubauer

Jim Schubauer is an Executive Partner focused on the Industrials and Business Services verticals for Mill Point Capital. Mr. Schubauer currently serves as the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GlacierPoint Enterprises and on the boards of Outworx Group and Seviroli.
Mr. Schubauer is a senior operating executive with over 37 years of corporate management and oversight, merger and acquisition and board-level leadership experience in an array of industrial and business services companies. Most recently, Mr. Schubauer served as the Director of Commercialization for a large research and development facility funded by various public entities as well as one of the world’s leading scientific research universities. Prior thereto, Mr. Schubauer served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of one of the world’s largest specialty food distribution companies. As retained by the Board of Directors, Mr. Schubauer successfully professionalized a family-owned business by expanding and refining overall operations, initiating a global amplification of the operating footprint, enhancing financial performance and creating a more efficient sales team and targeted marketing strategy. In addition, Mr. Schubauer was formerly a board member (often serving as Chairman) of multiple private and public companies, including: Confluence Watersports, Kenexa, Xenoport, QPass, Advanced Interactive Systems, Aurora Flight Sciences, Applied Discovery and Matcom. Mr. Schubauer began his career at Morgan Stanley as a member of the Financial Institutions Group in their Mergers & Acquisitions Department in New York, and subsequently with Credit Suisse First Boston in their Financial Services M&A Group in London and New York.
Mr. Schubauer earned a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Administration from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
Justin Smith
Executive Partner
Justin Smith is an Executive Partner focused on the Industrials vertical for Mill Point Capital. Mr. Smith currently serves as the Executive Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer of CREO Group, and previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Spire Power Solutions prior to Mill Point’s exit.
Mr. Smith was with Spire Power Solutions since 2017 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2019 when Spire Power Solutions acquired Power Partners LLC where he previously served as President. Mr. Smith has a proven track record of driving growth, profitability, operational improvement and building high performance teams in various industries in both the public and private equity space. Prior to Spire Power Solutions, Mr. Smith served as General Manager at Catalent Inc., based at the company’s headquarters in New Jersey. Previously, Mr. Smith held various roles at Nexeo Solutions (now part of Univar Solutions) and Honeywell International.
Mr. Smith earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
Chuck Spears

Chuck Spears is an Executive Partner focused on the Industrials vertical for Mill Point Capital. Mr. Spears previously served as the Executive Chairman of KKSP Precision Machining and on the boards of Spire Power Solutions and International Designs Group prior to Mill Point’s exits. In addition, Mr. Spears previously served on the board of MPP (including as its former Executive Chairman).
From 2007 to 2014, Mr. Spears served as President of Liebert Corporation (“Liebert”), a $1.2 billion subsidiary of Emerson Electric Co. providing electric infrastructure components for data centers. Mr. Spears was responsible for all marketing, sales, manufacturing and global product development. In addition, he planned and executed the business unit strategy and developed future management talent. During his seven years as President, Mr. Spears was involved in acquiring the Avocent Corporation, a $1.2 billion deal in 2009, and Aperture Corporation in 2008. Prior to joining Liebert, Mr. Spears spent four years as President of Emerson Climate Technologies – Europe based in Germany. He has 29 years of experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration industry. Mr. Spears served in various management positions with Emerson’s Copeland Corporation culminating with his promotion to President of Copeland – Asia where he oversaw the opening of a state-of-the-art R&D center in Suzhou, China and manufacturing plants in both China and Thailand. In addition, Mr. Spears led the effort to acquire Kirloskar- Copeland, based in Pune, India, and previously served on its Board of Directors.
Mr. Spears earned a B.S. in Business Accounting from Indiana University, and was a licensed CPA in the State of Indiana.
Carl Vogel

Carl Vogel is an Executive Partner focused on the Business Services vertical for Mill Point Capital. Mr. Vogel currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Full Circle Fiber.
Mr. Vogel is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the media distribution industry in North America. During his career, Mr. Vogel has led two Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Vogel served as Vice Chairman and President of Dish Network (“Dish”), the nation’s second largest satellite broadcaster serving in excess of 14 million customers at the time of his exit from day-to-day operations. Mr. Vogel was President from 2006 until 2008 and Vice-Chairman from 2005 until 2009. Prior to Dish, from 2001 until 2005 he served as CEO, President and Director of Charter Communications (“Charter”), a leading cable television and broadband service provider. Prior to joining Charter, Mr. Vogel served in various executive capacities with Liberty Media affiliated companies. In addition, Mr. Vogel served as CEO of Star Choice Communications, a publicly traded Canadian direct broadcast satellite company controlled by Shaw Communications, President of EchoStar Communications and as various executive roles at Jones Intercable. Mr. Vogel is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Sirius/XM Radio, AMC Networks and Sphere Entertainment Company, and previously served as the Chairman of FanDuel as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Dish Network, Shaw Communications, Universal Electronics Corporation and ION Media Networks.
Mr. Vogel earned a B.S., with an emphasis in finance and accounting, from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin.
Bruce Zwicker

Bruce Zwicker is an Executive Partner focused on the Business Services vertical for Mill Point Capital. Mr. Zwicker previously served as the Executive Vice Chairman of International Designs Group prior to Mill Point’s exit.
Mr. Zwicker has over 20 years of executive and operational experience in the floor covering & distribution space, specifically growing public and private/family-held businesses. Mr. Zwicker previously served as Interim CEO for Virginia Tile, a distributor of ceramic tile and related products. Mr. Zwicker also served as CEO of JJ Haines, the largest floor covering distribution company in the United States, from 2005 to 2017. In addition, Mr. Zwicker previously served as Senior Vice President of the Global Coatings Division for Millennium Chemicals, where he led a $700 million manufacturing division with ten plants spanning four continents. Mr. Zwicker previously served on the boards of Virginia Tile, Avalon Flooring, JACS Mobile Technology Solutions and JJ Haines.
Mr. Zwicker earned a B.A. from Fairfield University and an M.B.A. from the University of New Haven.
