United Road Towing Announces Rebranding, Changes Name to Vehicle Management Solutions
The company has unveiled a new identity, including a new name and logo, to support the strategic vision around vehicle management and commitment to safety on roads and highways.
Markham, IL – March 28, 2023 – URT United Road Towing, Inc., a leading provider of vehicle management services to the public and private sectors, announced today a change of its company name and a revamped corporate logo as part of an extensive rebranding initiative. Effective immediately, the company will be known as Vehicle Management Solutions, LLC (“VMS” or the “Company”) to better reflect its evolving business strategy of providing comprehensive end-to-end solutions for vehicle management needs including dispatch, vehicle relocation and storage and traffic incident management.

This rebrand marks a major milestone in this phase of the Company’s growth that began with the acquisition by Mill Point Capital LLC in July 2022 and follows the announcement of VMS’s strategic partnership with IncidentClear, LLC, a leading pure-play freeway service patrol (“FSP”) provider that specializes in traffic support and incident management, in February 2023.
