Mill Point’s Executive Partners consist of former senior executives of successful companies in Mill Point’s target sectors and experts with established domain capabilities across core functional areas, including Strategy, Finance, Human Capital, Technology, Operations and Sales & Marketing.
Executive Partners are integral to deal sourcing, investment and operational diligence efforts, execution of value creation processes, and assume active and impactful roles at Mill Point’s portfolio companies. Leveraging their extensive industry and domain expertise as well as operating and executive leadership experience, Mill Point’s Executive Partners collaborate with the investment team and portfolio company management to develop, lead and execute bespoke Value Creation Plans through targeted initiatives and operational support tailored to each portfolio company’s needs.
