Mill Point Capital Closes Inaugural Fund at $450 Million
New York, NY – June 1, 2018
Mill Point Capital LLC (“Mill Point”), a New York City based private equity firm, announced today the final close of its inaugural institutional fund, Mill Point Capital Partners, L.P. (the “Fund”) at the hard cap with $450 million of limited partner commitments. Founded by Managing Partner Michael Duran, Mill Point targets control investments in middle market companies across the business services and industrial sectors.
The Fund, which was significantly oversubscribed, officially launched last October and attracted a globally diverse group of investors, including leading endowments, foundations, corporate and state pension plans, family offices, gatekeepers, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, and fund of funds.
